Brandon and Heather

A warm hello to you! We are Heather and Brandon, and we have been married for almost a decade. Adoption has been on our hearts for a long while now, and we can’t wait to share all the love, joy, and adventure we enjoy together with a child. We know it’s hard to gain a deep understanding about a couple through reading a profile like this, so if you’d like to get to know us better, we would be honored to meet you and get to know you too.  Thank you so much for taking the time to read more about our relationship and our desire to grow our family!

Why Adoption?

We are hoping to adopt because we have so much love to share, and we believe that adoption is a beautiful way to do that. The typical way of starting a family didn’t happen for us, but we believe that someone does not need to be blood-related in order to be family. We have friends and family members who have adopted and others who are just beginning their adoption journey. Mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters showed us that family looks different for everyone and can be built in many ways. We consider ourselves blessed to be surrounded by so many supportive and loving people, no matter how they came to be our chosen family. We will be honest and open with our child about the gift of adoption and ensure that they know how loved they are by both their birth parents and by us as well.

I am interested in meeting this family
