Why Adoption?
We have known for a long time that we have wanted to adopt an infant child. Kim was adopted as an infant and has had such a positive outcome. Kim has a very strong relationship with her family and they have been nothing but supportive her entire life. The love and desire to help others that her family has given her sparked our interest in adoption. We both chose careers that are oriented in helping people, particularly children. We hope to pass this value on to the next generation of our own family. We believe that people that put other people’s needs over their own personal wants is what we need to make progress towards a better world. This is exactly what the adoption process is to us, everyone coming together to do their best to ensure the future of a child. Being a part of this would mean everything to us.
