Why Adoption?
I knew I wanted to become a mother since I was a little girl who carried her baby doll around with her everywhere she went. When I turned 35, as a single woman, I decided it was time to make my dream a reality. After multiple failed IUI attempts, I decided I did not want to take the path of fertility treatments. I chose to move forward with adoption. Something greater than me was telling me this was my path. I witnessed my friends’ parents in high school adopt their child. That experience imprinted on me. I don’t believe that blood makes a family…love does. And I promise you that your child’s life will be filled with unconditional love.
