Why Adoption?
Adoption means growing our family. We knew that it was very unlikely we would have biological children due to medical issues. We knew from the beginning of our relationship that adoption would be part of our story. We are familiar with adoption, having adopted our daughter Nora and Paula’s family adopting her seven brothers. We understand the beauty and complexity of adoption and feel confident in continuing to grow our family.
We are thrilled to welcome a child of any race and gender. We are very fortunate to have a family and church community that has such diversity with many adoptive and multi-racial families. We include our daughter’s heritage in our everyday life and treasure the privilege of learning together.
